Neuroscience seminars at the Queensland Brain Institute play a major role in the advancement of neuroscience in the Asia-Pacific region. The primary goal of this initiative is to promote excellence in neuroscience through the exchange of ideas, establishing new collaborations and augmenting partnerships already in place.

There are three annual distinguished lectures: the Merson Lecture, the Peter Goodenough Lecture and the Toshiya Yamada lecture.

The scheduled QBI Neuroscience Seminar series will be held every Wednesday from 11.00am until 12:00pm in the Level 7 Auditorium of the Queensland Brain Institute, Building 79, St Lucia Campus, The University of Queensland. Additional seminars may be held at other times as listed below.

Seminar Coordinator: Professor Geoffrey Goodhill
Seminar Assistant: Deirdre Wilson

You may also access past seminars from 2005 onwards.
